Responsibilities:
– Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
– Client Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new leads and business opportunities.
– Lead Conversion
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into actual customers through calls, meetings, and presentations.
– Sales Negotiation
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policies.
– Sales Reporting
Update CRM, and submit weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
– Product Knowledge
Maintain in-depth understanding of company products/services and present them confidently to clients.
– After-Sales Service
Provide support to clients post-purchase, resolve any issues, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
– Marketing Campaigns
Plan, coordinate, and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote services.
– Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, exhibitions, or customer engagement sessions.
– Other duties as assigned.
