Job Description

Position Summary:
An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with potential customers, all from an office environment.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and online messaging to identify and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads by responding to inquiries from potential customers.
  • Research prospective clients and identify decision-makers within target accounts.

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with prospects and clients to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth.

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers.
  • Track and report on sales progress, forecast revenue, and provide feedback to the sales management team.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
    • Work with customer service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on any post-sale issues.
  • Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
