Job Description

  • Assist in coordinating daily vehicle movement and logistics operations.
  • Monitor vehicle pickup and return schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support fleet allocation and deployment planning.
  • Assist in tracking vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and service records.
  • Update operational records, reports, and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with drivers, operational staff, and customer service teams regarding vehicle requirements.
  • Assist in managing inventory and operational supplies.
  • Support documentation, filing, and record-keeping activities.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending operational tasks.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and performance summaries.
  • Support airport and branch operational activities when required.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by supervisors.
