Job Description
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview arrangements and hiring updates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance monitoring and leave administration.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development activities.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining personnel files and ensuring documentation compliance.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks and filing.
- Follow up on outstanding HR documentation from employees.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
