Job Description:

• Assist in executing online marketing strategies (including marketing mix strategies) across all online platforms to ensure business growth.
• Assist to engage with customers and provide excellent customer service through online platforms/social media.
• Assist superior to arrange appointments session and update viewing schedule.
• Support the Sales & Operations department on product uploading.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth running operations.
• Perform all general administrative duties required (day-to-day documentation such as data entry, scanning, filing enquiry)
• Monitor and maintain a good record system for all admin and confidential matters.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by management as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business/Entrepreneurship/ relevant.
• Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and results-oriented.
• Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people is an added advantages.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin speaker clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Duration of internship period minimum 3 months.
• Candidate must possess own transport, laptop and smartphone.
