Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns for company products and services.
- Support market research activities, including surveys, interviews, data collection, and basic analysis to understand customer needs, behaviours, and inductry trends.
- Assist in market and competitor analysis to support business strategy and product positioning.
- Support preparation of marketing and research-related materials, including reports, presentations, content drafts, and summaries.
- Assist in content-related tasks such as website content translation, content refinement, and basic SEO support.
- Support creation and coordination of marketing materials based on research insights and campaign needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives and projects.
- Provide general administrative and analytical support for marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic understanding or interest in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or content-related work.
- Good written communication skills; proficiency in English and Chinese (Traditional Chinese is an advantage).
- Willingness to learn proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, social media, or design tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
