Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, high-energy Event Management & Project Coordinator Intern who loves taking ideas off a screen and turning them into reality. Core Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Logistics: Assist in mapping out timelines, venue setups, and coordination checklists for roadshows, corporate programs, and community events.

  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Act as a key liaison to communicate timelines, requirements, and deliverables with external partners and vendors.

  • On-Site Execution: Work on the ground during physical events to manage registration workflows, handle asset setup, and solve real-time challenges calmly.
