Job Description

System Research

  1. Gather and study necessary features and functions for HR recruitment and reporting systems. Analyze current weaknesses and challenges, then convert them into system requirements.
  2. Explore market systems, shortlist based on requirements, user experience, interface, and pricing.

 

Vendor Engagement

  1. Connect with system vendors, arrange demonstrations, and compare features, user experience, interface, and pricing.
  2. Document all research and analysis for presentation to management.

 

System Deployment

  1. Coordinate with Finance for subscription procedures. Set up and deploy the system as planned.
  2. Prepare usage guides, conduct HR team training, and announce system launch.
  3. Monitor and support the system, and gather performance feedback after one month.
