Job Description
System Research
- Gather and study necessary features and functions for HR recruitment and reporting systems. Analyze current weaknesses and challenges, then convert them into system requirements.
- Explore market systems, shortlist based on requirements, user experience, interface, and pricing.
Vendor Engagement
- Connect with system vendors, arrange demonstrations, and compare features, user experience, interface, and pricing.
- Document all research and analysis for presentation to management.
System Deployment
- Coordinate with Finance for subscription procedures. Set up and deploy the system as planned.
- Prepare usage guides, conduct HR team training, and announce system launch.
- Monitor and support the system, and gather performance feedback after one month.
