Job Description

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the production area and other surroundings.
  • Establish, control, monitor and maintain documentation of quality system by the requirements stated in the GMP/HACCP/ISO 22000 certification and etc.
  • To liaise with certify body for surveillance/review audit.
  • Handle internal and external customer’s complaints.
  • Initiate participating and driving corrective actions and root cause analysis.
  • Involve in investigation and troubleshooting activities in relation to process and product non-conformity.
  • Work closely with other department for improvement on operation process to ensure product safety and quality.
  • Responsible in QA/QC activities in the company.
  • Perform any ad-hoc relevant work as required.
