Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate creative concept, develop and implement packaging solutions for clients that protect and preserve products during transportation, storage and handling within countries’ regulatory requirement.
2.  To work closely with graphics team on how best to illustrate the design via a manufacturable solution.
3.  Identify, evaluate and select ideal packaging materials.
4. Work on reducing packaging-related costs and improving the efficiency of the product packaging process.
5. Monitor industry trends and innovations to stay updated with best practices and technologies for packaging.
6.  Generate virtual test simulation on the structure after passing design stage. To capture and feedback on the result.
7.  Generate improvement in design to best ensure success at physical ISTA testing.
8. Analysing data and researching to improve the packaging process and implementing relevant solutions.
9. Ensure consistency and quality of packaging across the organisation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product design, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in performing product design for E&E, worked for brand owners.
• 1-3 years of experience in packaging design and development is preferred, but
  we also welcome fresh graduates to apply, as we are committed to helping you
  develop the necessary skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skill
• Own transportation and willing to travel (if necessary)
• Knowledgeable ABAQUS Software or SolidWorks/CAD software will be advantage
• Willing to learn and expose to new things
