DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
• Working with the team to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.
• Collects customer data and analyzes interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Ensuring customers and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns.
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok & etc.
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
• Collaborating with content creators, graphic designers, videographers and other team members to create marketing, advertising and other content.
• Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Good command in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu, both speaking and writing.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with project management theory and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Aggressive and committed to work.
• Precision, care and attention to detail.
• Have your own transportation.
