About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. This position is open to fresh graduates, and no prior working experience is required. You will be responsible for supporting customer order management, shipment coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient communication and coordination across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales administration processes and assist team members as needed.

  • Handle customer orders, including order entry, pricing accuracy, and compliance with Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).

  • Assist in tracking and following up on debt collection.

  • Prepare sales reports, order confirmations, and shipping documentation.

  • Coordinate with production planners to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to manage deliveries.

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and coordinate internal follow-up actions.

  • Utilize internal systems (S9 & WMS) and provide suggestions for improvement.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration, Business Studies, or any related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Good command of English, Malay, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Must be able to work at Kulai, Johor.
