Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with a passion for technology and innovation in
the telecom and data center space. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development,
enhancement, and successful launch of products and services related to our internet offerings and
data center solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales,
marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure our products meet customer needs and
align with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Lead the creation and execution of product roadmaps for internet services and data
center offerings, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and customer
needs. - Define clear product vision, goals, and KPIs, balancing both short-term deliverables
and long-term strategic initiatives. - Identify opportunities for product differentiation and market growth, leveraging
industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to define technical
specifications, user stories, and product requirements for new features and services. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support to develop go-to-market

insights and prioritize product enhancements.

- Customer & Market Insights:
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to understand customer
pain points, trends, and emerging needs in the ISP and data center sectors. - Use customer data, surveys, and analytics to drive product decisions, validate
hypotheses, and improve product offerings. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitors, industry trends, and
regulatory changes affecting the ISP and data center markets.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to understand customer
- Product Development & Execution:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working with crossfunctional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Prioritize and refine product backlog based on business objectives, customer impact,
and technical feasibility. - Ensure product quality, performance, and scalability, driving continuous
improvements post-launch.
- Business & Financial Acumen:
- Define product pricing models, business cases, and ROI analysis, ensuring the product
is both profitable and competitive. - Track product performance using KPIs, metrics, and user feedback to make data driven decisions for ongoing improvements and optimizations.
- Own the product’s P&L, ensuring that product pricing, positioning, and overall
strategy drive revenue growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related
field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. - 3-5+ years of experience in Product line in the telecommunications, internet services, cloud,
or data center industries. - Proven track record of managing complex, technical products from ideation through to
successful launch and iteration. - Experience with networking technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, connectivity) and data
center infrastructure (e.g., co-location, servers, storage, cooling solution, M&E). - Strong technical understanding of networking and data center operations.
- Excellent product management skills including road mapping and feature prioritization.
- Ability to write clear and detailed product specifications and user stories for both technical
and non-technical audiences. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence
stakeholders at all levels. - Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize customer
insights, usage data, and market trends. - Plan marketing communication strategies including branding strategy, PR strategy, online
marketing, customer events and marketing collaterals to meet our highest priorities and to
ensure effective and efficient delivery.
