OBJECTIVE:

The HR & Account Intern will support our financial, human resources, and administrative operations, contributing to the efficiency and smooth running of Airda Group.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting assistance :

• Assist in financial record keeping using accounting software.
• Assist in bookkeeping.
• Support in processing payments and maintaining financial documentation.
• Assisting in generating monthly financial reports for management.

2. Other Administrative Tasks:

• Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies and ad hoc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field..
• Proficiency in both English and Malay (both written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic accounting software.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
• Local Malaysian candidates only.
