VME Group (VME) was founded by its Managing Director, Mr Adrian K.F. Chee, in 1996 under  VME Material Handling Sdn Bhd, a private limited company, with its present headquarters cum service centre in Jalan Kasawari, KAWASAN PERUSAHAAN KEBUN BARU, Selangor, Malaysia. At present, VME is ranked as one of the top materials handling companies catering for various industries in Malaysia.

VME’s principal activities involved crane manufacturing and trading of aluminium trusses as well as materials handling equipment that cover hoists, winches, gantry cranes, overhead travelling cranes including jib cranes and other related accessories.

VME’s main manufacturing facility is located at its Headquarters in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor with 3 branch offices cum
service centres in Pulau Pinang, located Northern Region, Kuantan (Pahang, located Eastern Coast Region) and Johor Bahru (Johor, located Southern Region).

VME is registered as a qualified main contractor and service provider for lifting equipment by Construction Industry Development Board (“CIDB”) and Ministry of Finance in Malaysia. In addition, every equipment or project undertaken by VME will be completed with operational safety certification by the Department of Work Safety & Health Malaysia (“JKKP”) from the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. All products from VME complied with regulations set by the relevant authorities in Malaysia as well as international technical regulations such as DIN, BS, ISO and FEM.
