Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide a full spectrum of Human Resources service delivery and provide effective office administrative support to meet the evolving business demands.
Key Accountabilities
- Assists in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, rules, regulations, and various HR processes and procedures that align with the company’s People Strategy and business objectives.
- Provide support, advice, and counseling to employees on all people-related issues, including performance, career development, and disciplinary matters.
- Assists to provide professional guidance and recommendations to Line Managers in managing various employees’ issues.
- Develop and execute effective employee engagement programs and activities for building a conducive work environment.
- Manage office administrative functions to fulfill business requirements.
Requirements
- Experienced HR Professionals with more than 2 years of industry experience, preferably with substantial exposure in education institutes, consulting-related businesses, training providers, or banking industries.
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any business-related studies.
- A result-driven team player who is able to multi-task under stringent deadlines and go for the extra miles.
- Outspoken, presentable, pleasant personality, and highly people-oriented.
- Excellent verbal, and written skills in English and Malay (Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic results and active co-curricular involvements will be also considered.
