Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Technical Business Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in analysing business
processes and gathering requirements to support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Implement Weaver’s Enterprise Digital Collaboration platform using Weaver’s Delivery
standard based on user requirements analysis.
• Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyse and clarify requirements to ensure they are comprehensive and actionable.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders.
• Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business
requirements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and document any issues or feedback.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, process flows,
and user guides.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Data Science, or a related field is preferred, though all disciplines are welcome.
• Preferable to students available for a 6-month internship or in their final semester.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Meticulous, well organised, with the ability to analyse and solve problems.
• Require language(s): English and Mandarin.
• A candidate who takes the initiative, perseveres, and is curious to learn.
• Team player attitude.
