Job Description

1. Support marketing campaign planning and execution.

2. Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.

3. Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.

4. Be an effective change manager with the ability to lead the team through by displaying motivating and encouraging behaviours

5. Coordinate and resolve feedback, escalations with other departments to ensure operational efficiencies

6. Create reports to update the management on the team’s progress and results
