Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Job Responsibilities

Order Management: Handle the end-to-end processing of customer orders, from initial inquiry and quotation to final delivery.

Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients; provide timely updates regarding production status, lead times, and shipping schedules.

Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal production, printing, and logistics teams to ensure order specifications are met accurately.

Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or delivery concerns promptly.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer correspondence, purchase orders, and artwork specifications.

System Maintenance: Ensure all client data and order statuses are updated in the internal management system.
Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative roles is preferred.

Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Proficient in English and Malay (written and verbal).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

High attention to detail, specifically with order specifications and documentation.

Competencies: Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ages Prefer: 18 – 35 years old.
