Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Handle the end-to-end processing of customer orders, from initial inquiry and quotation to final delivery.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients; provide timely updates regarding production status, lead times, and shipping schedules.

  • Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal production, printing, and logistics teams to ensure order specifications are met accurately.

  • Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or delivery concerns promptly.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer correspondence, purchase orders, and artwork specifications.

  • System Maintenance: Ensure all client data and order statuses are updated in the internal management system.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative roles is preferred.

    • Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in English and Malay (written and verbal).

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

    • High attention to detail, specifically with order specifications and documentation.

  • Competencies: Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Ages Prefer: 18 – 35 years old.
