Key Responsibilities

• Assist in student recruitment campaigns for aviation, cabin crew, airport customer service, language and training programmes.
• Support the team in handling enquiries from potential students through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins, and online forms.
• Assist in basic course counselling by explaining programme details, intake dates, application steps, and registration procedures under supervision.
• Help coordinate open days, career talks, school visits, education fairs, and student recruitment events.
• Prepare simple marketing materials, presentation slides, student information sheets, and follow-up messages.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu where applicable.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors, student interests, school leaver trends, and education marketing ideas.
• Update enquiry records, lead status, student follow-up lists, and campaign reports.
• Support day-to-day student affairs and orientation activities where required.

Learning Exposure

Students will learn how education marketing works in real practice, including lead generation, student counselling, campaign planning, customer communication, event coordination, and follow-up systems.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, & Mass Communication, Public Relations, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality & Tourism or related fields.
• Passionate, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to commit to 3–6 months internship.
