Job Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV, access control, alarm, and security systems.
- Perform system installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance for security solutions.
- Monitor and respond to technical issues reported by clients in a timely manner.
- Conduct on-site support and maintenance visits when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical and system-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, and system records.
- Support network connectivity, fibre optic, and hardware troubleshooting activities.
- Assist in system upgrades, user training, and implementation of new security technologies
