About Kreloses:
Kreloses is a highly respected SaaS platform powering clinics in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia. We are expanding rapidly in our core verticals (vet, dental) and breaking into new markets (aesthetics, chiropractic, physio).
We’re looking for a true BDR—someone with the hunter mentality who’s hungry for growth and not afraid of the phone.
Your Mission:
You’ll play a crucial role in our growth, qualifying leads, setting up high-quality meetings, and building the first impression of Kreloses for potential clients. You’ll also help us find and attract top-tier sales talent who share our passion for results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify potential new customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit based on company criteria Initiate contact with prospects, generate interest, and build rapport through persistent and professional outreach
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos with qualified prospects for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-customer experience
- Follow up with prospects who have engaged but are not yet ready to buy, keeping Kreloses top of mind
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and booked meetings
- Represent Kreloses professionally at all times, ensuring a positive first impression
- Handle sensitive prospect and client information with discretion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- You are fearless on the phone and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Process-driven and organized, CRM discipline is a must.
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience sourcing, screening, or referring sales talent is a strong bonus.
What You’ll Get:
- Basic salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 per month (based on experience)
Fresh graduates are welcome. Salary will be calibrated based on experience, communication skills, and ability to handle outbound sales - Uncapped performance-based commission
