Job Description
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase yield.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and testing.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance, to implement process improvements.
Training: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
Project Management: Lead and manage process improvement projects from concept to implementation.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with company safety policies and regulations.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related field).
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a production or process engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
Technical Skills: Proficient in using process optimization tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related methodologies.
Software Skills: Experience with CAD software, ERP systems, and other relevant engineering tools.
Leadership: Previous experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role is an advantage.
