Job Description

About the Role

This role is for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a real brand is built — from product, content, sales, partnerships, and customer experience to small-scale tech initiatives (IoT prototype development). You will work directly with the founder, learning every part of the business through real tasks and fast execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist founder across daily business tasks (content, logistics, planning)
  • Research opportunities: partnerships, corporate wellness, mental health centers
  • Support content creation: scripting, filming, brainstorming ideas
  • Handle simple outreach and follow-ups
  • Manage booth/event planning & on-ground execution
  • Help with user feedback collection & customer experience improvements
  • Participate in ad-hoc experiments (marketing, product testing, IoT prototype tasks)

Requirements

  • Hungry to learn the “behind the scenes” of building a brand
  • Fast learner, resourceful, proactive
  • Comfortable with TikTok/IG content
  • Good at problem-solving and taking initiative
  • Not afraid of hands-on tasks (packing, carrying, event setup)
