• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Hands on in creating multimedia design works, as well as video shooting, video production and editing photos/ audio/ video whenever needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketers, creative content creators and web developers, to align multimedia designs with overall campaign objectives.
• Develop and implement multimedia creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative multimedia solutions into our campaigns.
• Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and priorities to ensure optimal team performance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their multimedia design needs and translate them into effective and visually appealing solutions.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
• To conduct research and have strong market awareness and understanding.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to handle video shooting independently (commercial video content planning & strategy, operating DSLR/ mirrorless camera equipment and production).
• Candidate with at least Diploma in Art/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Experience in creating strong and engaging content.
• At least 1 years in video shooting and editing.
• Proficient in:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe After Effect
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
• Good communication as well as written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to multitask and be proactive.
