Responsibilities
- Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
- Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
- Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
- Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
- Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality
You’ll play a hands-on role in building foundational technologies that power everyday innovation, from smart devices to sustainable solutions.Â
We’re looking for someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree in electronic, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Physics, Aerospace, or Automation.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor/foundry environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking with effective communication and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through school projects, competitions, or similar experiences is advantageous.
- Willingness to work shift hours as required.
