As a Tele Sales Representative at ITS Management Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals over the phone. You will be responsible for promoting our training programs and consultancy services, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service.
– Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
– Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our offerings.
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
– Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless sales process.
– Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors to effectively sell our offerings.
– Min Diploma in any fields.
– Fluent in English, BM and Mandarin.
– Basic skills in MS Word & emailing.
– No experience is required – training will be provided.
