Job Description

Carry out maintenance service for BAS &  ELV System as scheduled & agreed with the customers;

Liase with Admin dept on Purchasing & Logistics functions;

Prepare service report & secure customer acceptance signiture;

Attend to customer calls and complaints;

Prepare proposals for system upgrading;

Supervise subcontractors for effective service, where applicable;

To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time
