Job Description

We are looking for Technical Engineers!

 

Responsibility:

1.Assist the sales team on any pre-sales inquiries 协助销售团队进行任何售前咨询

2.Provide professional technical support to our customers 为客户提供专业的技术支持

3.Perform product testings to better understand our products 进行产品测试以更好地了解我们的产品

4.Provide trainings to both our internal staffs and our customers 为我们的内部员工和客户提供培训

5.Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim 执行专业的售后支持职责，例如故障排除和保修索赔

 

Requirements:

1.Degree and above. 必须是学士学位或以上

2.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 欢迎应届毕业生申请应聘

3.Self-learning skills and willingness to learn. 自学技能和学习意愿
