Job Description
- Assist in managing and organizing support tickets and inquiries through our ticketing system.Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.Â
- Help analyze support metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Â
- Contribute to the development and implementation of support processes and procedures.Â
- Support the maintenance and updating of support documentation and knowledge base.Â
- Assist in conducting quality assurance checks on support interactions to ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.Â
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing support operations.
