Job Description

  • Assist in managing and organizing support tickets and inquiries through our ticketing system. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 
  • Help analyze support metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of support processes and procedures. 
  • Support the maintenance and updating of support documentation and knowledge base. 
  • Assist in conducting quality assurance checks on support interactions to ensure adherence to standards and guidelines. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing support operations.
