Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into ML strategies for strategic advantage.

• Develop and deploy scalable ML models for real-world production use.

• Guide data strategies while ensuring reproducibility and best practices.

• Build evaluation frameworks, conduct benchmarking, and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, OR equivalent.
•  Deep knowledge of PyTorch / TensorFlow and scalable training infrastructure.
• Research contributions with first-author publications in top ML venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL).
• Hands-on experience training large-scale ML models (e.g., transformers, diffusion, foundation models).
• Strong background in model optimization (distributed training, mixed precision, fine-tuning, RLHF, LoRA).
• Familiarity with model evaluation, data curation, and reproducibility.
