Job Description

1. Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
2. Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
3. Organize and maintain IT resources
4. Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
5. Perform analysis to understand the user needs
6. Assist in the development and improvement of the software to meet the user needs
7. Conduct tests and identify errors of the programs
8. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and debugging
9. Help with the software implementations, for example by providing training and support for the staff who will operate the software
10. Other tasks as assigned
