With a mission to enhance patient convenience and healthcare efficiency, they connect users with medical professionals through an intuitive digital platform. Operating across multiple regions, they provide seamless appointment booking, teleconsultations, and healthcare solutions that empower both patients and providers.

We are helping them look for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join the team. This role offers hands-on experience in market research, sales pipeline development, and client engagement. If you enjoy analyzing business trends, interacting with prospects, and supporting clients, this internship is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence & Analysis

      • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business strategy.
      • Gather competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
      • Provide data-driven insights to improve sales and business operations.

Sales Funnel & Prospect Engagement

      • Assist in building and optimizing the sales pipeline.
      • Identify and engage with targeted prospects via calls and digital outreach.
      • Support sales team in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

Client Support & Post-Deployment Assistance

    • Provide remote support to clients after product/service deployment.
    • Handhold clients through the onboarding process and address their concerns.
    • Gather feedback to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

    • Final year, final semester for Diploma/Degree; OR newly graduated and looking to explore the healthtech industry
    • Able to commit at least 3 months (12 weeks)
    • A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable making calls and engaging with prospects
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
    • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or data analytics platforms (are a plus!)️
