Job Description
- Manage and resolve sales inquiries and customer issues promptly for a seamless sales process.
- Prepare and submit proposals (RFPs) that meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Track and follow up on sales quotations to drive deal closures.
- Monitor global sales efforts and performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Provisioning) to support sales operations and handovers.
- Handle administrative tasks for the Sales Team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communications.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and meeting outcomes.
