Job Description

  • Manage and resolve sales inquiries and customer issues promptly for a seamless sales process.
  • Prepare and submit proposals (RFPs) that meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Track and follow up on sales quotations to drive deal closures.
  • Monitor global sales efforts and performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Provisioning) to support sales operations and handovers.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the Sales Team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communications.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and meeting outcomes.
