Job Role and Responsibilities;
The person has leadership responsibilities for business and sales development within the Dwell Technologies Solutions Business Areas. The role reports directly to the Managing Director. A primary responsibility of this role is to grow the orders pipeline through the creation, identification and qualification of quality opportunities. The role will be key in the development of new business strategies, execution of multiple marketing approaches, collaboration on product and technical roadmaps across various vertical industries solutions. Develop and execute a plan to fill orders pipeline with qualified opportunities that support the Business Areas strategic plan to outperform the market.
 Main Responsibilities;Â
- Manage and grow the orders pipeline within Dwell business areas through the creation, identification and qualification of quality opportunities in line with new sales, revenue and profit targets set by the company
- Ability to identify, evaluate and propose appropriate grants and seed fund business cases for business expansion
- Refine and support Dwell Business Development process and methodology
- Aggressively seek new business opportunities that are consistent with both the Business Area and Sector strategies by leveraging current technologies, customer intimacies, and intercompany collaboration opportunities
- Collaborate on the growth of advanced technologies and capabilities to support future customer needs
- Support Business Development requirements through training, development, data requests, strategy meetings, and networking opportunities
- Ability to hire, mentor, coach and train sales executive and business area personnel to support business growth.
- Creation and development of individual opportunity marketing plans and capture strategies, as well as for the campaign level marketing and strategies
- Problem Solving and analytical skills to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations, without supervision
- Capable of tailoring business winning processes to ensure lean, effective business winning
- Ability to collaborate/partner with Industry partners and our customers
Qualification;
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years experience in Sales and Business Development roles
- Demonstrated experience in managing key relationships and working with customer’s leadership team is required.
- Expertise in ICT Technology Sales and Business Development, primarily in cloud and software as a Service (SaaS).
- Sufficient technical skills to understand, articulate, demonstrate and dialogue with senior technology executive prospects
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to make client presentations and interact with CIO, CTO, LOB, and technology leadership with prospects and customers.
