Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Development & Prospecting

- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through digital outreach and research.
- Engage with prospective clients via email, calls, and social media.
- Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Market Research & Business Intelligence

- Conduct research to uncover industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights that support sales strategies.
- Help prepare reports, pitch materials, and market briefings.

Client Support & Onboarding Assistance

- Support newly acquired clients through the onboarding process.
- Serve as a point of contact to address client queries and ensure a smooth experience post-deployment.
- Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:

- Final year, final semester for Diploma/Degree; OR newly graduated and looking to explore the healthtech industry
- Able to commit at least 3 months (12 weeks)
- A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable making calls and engaging with prospects
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or data analytics platforms (are a plus!)️
