Responsibilities:
- Diligently and consistently deploying the market approach and sales methodology established by the company
- Identify, recruit and develop customers/business partners, in order to build a stable sales platform that is profitable and has sustainable long-term growth potential
- Meet sales targets established in the company’s business plans, including product mix objectives
- Perform collection duties in line with company’s credit policy and procedures
- Track and monitor product performance, analyze results and present improvement recommendations/solutions to customers
- Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including training, problem resolution, providing expert advice/consultancy, strengthening customer relationship, etc
- Keep abreast of market developments and competitor actions, and provide feedback to management
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by management
Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least a diploma/Degree or equivalent
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, independent and service-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply
