Job Description:

  1. Develop new business by identifying potential customers: contractors, developers, hardware shops, distributors, architects, etc.

  2. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; ensure repeat business.

  3. Promote roofing and/or construction material products, presenting product features, technical specifications and benefits.

  4. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and pricing to clients.

  5. Manage order process: from order taking, coordination with warehouse / logistics / production, to delivery and follow-up.

  6. Conduct site visits, inspections or consultations where necessary to specify product types, assess customer needs, resolve issues.

  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (monthly / quarterly / annually).

  8. Monitor competitor products, pricing, market trends; provide feedback to management.

  9. Maintain product technical knowledge; provide advice to customers on usage, installation, maintenance.

  10. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and present to management.

  11. Participate in trade fairs / exhibitions, promotions, product demonstrations.
