Job Overview:

Key point of contact between the company and customers. To identify new business opportunities & support existing customer portfolio on new design development, on-going projects and tend to any complaints which may arise.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To do market research to identify prospective customers and evaluating their position in market

2. To organize sales visits to prospective customer’s to demonstrate and present products.

3. To prepare costing & quotation as and when required by customers

4. To liaise with internal quality and production team for quality complaints forwarded by customer

5. To coordinate with internal process team when a customer sample request is required

6. To negotiate delivery terms with customer in the event of delivery delay

7. To liaise with cylinder maker & internal team during new design for digital proof, artwork approval, cylinder delivery and production planning up to delivery.

8. To monitor monthly customer payment and follow up on late payment

9. Undertake any other assignments as and when required from time to time

Qualifications & Skills Required:

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

2. At least 2 years of working sales experience in the manufacturing industry

3. Computer literate & able to use Microsoft Office Excel & Words

4. Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu

5. Able to work independently and as part of a team

6. Good customer service and communication skills

7. Good business acumen with sensitivity to business trends & market conditions

8. Willing to travel and possess own transport
