Job Description
- Perform the services of a professional Sales Executive and at all times use the best endeavors to promote the interest of the company
- Deliver personal and team sales target
- Follow the guidelines required for delivering each campaign/promotion
- Handling both incoming sales calls and make outgoing sales calls
- Guide potential purchasers round showhouse and to fully demonstrate product, pointing features and benefits and overcoming objections in the process.
- You shall not represent any other parties in the real estate dealings or transactions except the Company.
- To provide after sales and services.
- Initiate, undertake and participate in sales events (including but not limited to open house activities, exhibits, road shows and investors night)
- To assist the prospective customers in obtaining financial assistance to part finance their purchase of any Products (if necessary).
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is accurately completion upon reservation that all procedures are adhered to
