Job Description

The RPA Engineer is responsible to support the Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE) goals of business & operations excellence, design thinking and end-to-end delivery of agreed robotic processes. Candidate will need to have close interactions with the Finance departments to achieve agile delivery of the RPA processes. The role will also include actual development of RPA processes using UiPath RPA software or other RPA related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.
  • Assist in requirements analysis and contribute to formulating specifications for processes and systems to be automated.
  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of RPA processes following CoE standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to RPA Citizen Developers, sharing your IT knowledge and assisting with their development.
  • Work within an Agile framework to accelerate user feedback cycles and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in integrating new features of the RPA platform where applicable.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the performance and robustness of RPA solutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems (functional / performance related).
  • Communicate regular progress updates to ensure effective management of any delivery risks or issues.
  • Contribute to reviews and meetings, providing updates on project progress.
  • Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes.
  • Any other tasks required by the management from time to time.
