Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Product Team Intern to join our dynamic team at YYC taxPOD. As an intern, you will work alongside our product specialists, UI/UX designers, and developers to support the development and enhancement of our digital products. You will have the opportunity to learn about product management, design processes, and technical implementation while contributing to real projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Product Development: Support the product team in the development and enhancement of the taxPOD platform, including research, design, testing, and feedback collection.
• UI/UX Design Support: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with user needs and product goals.
• Conduct Market Research: Assist in conducting research to understand market trends, user needs, and competitive analysis, contributing valuable insights to the product development process.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing new features and updates, identifying bugs or usability issues, and providing feedback to improve product quality.
• Support Product Documentation: Help maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and design assets, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure successful product delivery and implementation.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in analyzing user data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and help inform product decisions.
• Participate in Team Meetings: Attend and contribute to product team meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives, gaining exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.
