Job Responsibilities:
● Propose system solutions based on user requirements.
● Design system solutions with user requirements in mind.
● Prepare technical design documents based on functional specifications.
● Write code to implement the proposed design.
● Perform system integration testing and document test results with test cases and evidence.
● Ensure systems are fully tested to eliminate rework and meet agreed functional and design specifications.
● Prepare UAT environment deployment request documents.
● Conduct post-UAT deployment verification.
● Support users during user acceptance testing and provide briefings for complex test scenarios.
● Follow up with users to ensure proper request closure.
● Perform post-production deployment verification.
● Provide first-level support for production system users.
● Escalate production issues to relevant parties, including vendors and internal departments.
● Maintain high work standards, productivity, and quality compliance.
● Ensure conformance to guidelines and company IT policies.
● Gather, determine, and understand user requirements.
● Conduct system studies to identify root causes of reported issues.
● Highlight system impacts for proposed changes.
● Interact with users to extract and document requirements.
● Prepare functional specifications based on user requirements.
● Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeline.

Job Requirements:
● Experience: 0-5 years in a relevant field.
● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science.
● Core Competency: Oracle PL/SQL.
● Additional Skills (Nice to Have): Oracle Forms and Reports (D2K).
● Other Requirements:
– Ability to work independently.
– Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
