Operations & Workflow Intern

You’ll be part of the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps real business running smoothly.

What you’ll actually do:

  • Organize and manage important documents & workflows
  • Assist in reports, forms & business tracking
  • Handle data entry (with purpose, not just repetition)
  • Support daily operations & coordination
  • Learn how real business systems actually work
  • Improve processes (yes — your ideas matter)

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Detail-focused
  • Responsible & reliable
  • Can follow structure but still think independently
  • Comfortable using basic office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, etc.) — bonus if you’re already familiar with them

Allowance: RM1,200 – RM1,500/month
