Job Description

 

  • Conceptual & proposal preparation for new project enquiries
  • 3D detail design & generate 2D detail fabrication with proper GD&T
  • Create assembly exploded view with detail ballooning & detail assembly BOM for main assembly and all sub-assemblies
  • Generate, prepare, check & update BOM of project
  • Prepare proper pneumatic schematic upon complete BOM, prior to assembly
  • Validate design with customer & internal team during design review
  • Troubleshoot & resolve any design related matters & update all related documents
  • Assist in project manual preparation

Job Requirement:

  • Excellent “COMMON SENSE”, “LOGICAL” thinking & certain level of “CREATIVITY”
  • Strong understanding in physics principles and engineering calculations
  • Positive attitude, hardworking, willing to learn & never give up
  • Team player and willing to accept feedbacks/critics to improve further
  • Detail oriented & meticulous with passion to create best output
  • Calm and able to work under stress to meet project schedule
  • Proficient in SolidWorks is mandatory
  • Good in both written & verbal command of English
  • Posseses Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
