Job Description

ATX Semiconductor is looking for a Legal Executive to ensure compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards and other legal requirements. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to maintain high ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RBA Compliance and Audit: Manage and ensure compliance with RBA standards and audits.
  • Client Collaboration: Work with clients on RBA-related matters.
  • Contract Review: Review and advise on new contracts.
  • Company Secretarial Duties: Ensure compliance with the Companies’ Act.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Admin or Law or related field.
  • Experience in legal compliance, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of RBA standards and the Companies’ Act.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
