Job Description

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Understand business process and translate into business requirement and specification.
  • Assisting in system testing.
  • Dynamic, energetic and a team player. Able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of various business management software and databases.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Perform user requirement gathering, guided by seniors
  2. .Assist in identifying and documenting functional requirements, information sources, and system specifications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and implementation.
  4. Learn system functionalities such as GHG Emission Management, GHG Reporting, Product Carbon Footprint, Decarbonization and Supply Chain Partners Collaboration.
  5. Assist in configuration and prepare for demos.
  6. Assist in system testing and involve in SIT, UAT and go-live preparation as part of the project implementation.
  7. Learn and research industry domain knowledge as to how our systems can be applied to their industry.
  8. Assist in conducting analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Assist in guiding clients in implementing prescribed strategies and addressing issues.
  10. Provide advice for any recurring challenges or problematic patterns.
  11. Perform additional roles as and when required.
