Job Description

The IT Intern will support the IT department in various technical tasks, including software development, troubleshooting, network management, and maintaining IT infrastructure. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting while contributing to the overall efficiency of the company’s IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • To troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage IT assets, including hardware and software licensing. Ensuring accurate inventory records and proper life cycle management.
  • Assist in creating and updating IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Other relevant ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
