As a Junior IT Executive, you will support the IT team in managing and maintaining the company’s computer systems, providing technical assistance to users, and assisting in website development and basic AI automation tasks. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in IT operations and learn about various aspects of computer engineering and technology.
Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining software, website and technical issues.
- Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and ensuring the security and reliability of IT systems.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Support website development activities, including content updates, website maintenance, and basic design tasks.
- Learn and assist in implementing basic AI automation tasks, such as data entry automation or simple chatbot development.
- Assist in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user manuals.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior IT personnel.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies related to computer engineering and IT.
