Job Description

Strictly follow the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform the warehousing and outbound operations of goods to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the goods；
Responsible for the supervision and management of daily warehouse operations to ensure that the warehouse operates normally and efficiently；
Regularly count inventory to ensure the accuracy and consistency of inventory data, and promptly handle and summarize inventory differences；
Process customer orders in accordance with SOP requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders；
Track order progress, promptly resolve problems that arise during order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Prefer at least Diploma in logistics management, supply chain management, warehouse management, administration or similar education background.
Able to read, write and speak in English and Bahasa Melayu; Candidates who understand Mandarin will be added advantage.
